Belleville Brûlerie TOKYO is a Parisian cafe located in the rapidly changing redevelopment area around Shimokitazawa station. The cafe is set up with just a few counter seats and a terrace. The quality of the beans and the dripping is excellent, meaning every coffee here is delicious. Personally, I recommend the fruity taste of the lightly roasted iced coffee. The syphon coffee is highly recommended, and I would like to try it next time. The cafe is conveniently near the station, but it takes a little time to drip the coffee with care, so be careful if you're in a hurry.
