City Saints is a cafe located in a quiet spot just off the main street in Collingwood. It is situated within the Yorkshire Brewery Tower, a heritage building constructed in the late 1800s, and its interior and exterior exude a unique ambiance. As it says a multi-roaster, the cafe uses beans from various roasteries. Seen them regularly hosting public cupping events, the cafe seems to a new place creating an open and welcoming atmosphere for a diverse range of customers. The menu features basic white/black coffee selections and pastries. The café latte we had keeps pleasant slightly bitter taste, remaining the great taste of coffee even with milk. Enjoying coffee in the calm interior while reflecting on the history and passage of time within this building offers a unique and special experience.
